Cooking and Baking is a science: fact
Cooking and Baking is a science that if slightly changed results in disaster and a blown up kitchen: false
The point is, yes, culinary arts are a complex expression of one's self, but in reality, nothing should keep you learning how to cook/bake if that's what you want.
As the Dalai Lama said, "Approach Love and Cooking with Reckless Abandon." Now... that doesn't mean to just throw things in a pot and hope they don't explode, but it does mean that you have some room for error when you're first starting off with recipes.

Consultation:
Along with cooking & baking lessons, we offer "Dinner Diagrams," meaning we'll set up a coffee date with you, discuss what you have in the works (dinner date, dessert for a party, birthday celebration), work out a budget, and help you put together a menu and execution plan for that special occasion. Prices vary based upon project, but just send us an email at nightlynoms@gmail.com and we'll be sure to work with you to fill your "nomming needs." Consultations can be conducted in person or via skype.
