A portion of our profits are donated to Operation Smile in efforts to place the same smiles on kids faces that we at Nightly Noms experience from baking! nom nom nom!

Menu

At Nightly Noms, we strive to bring you the freshest, most delicious, and simply yummy treats! The following is our menu, which coincides with our weekly delivery service and any items on this menu may be ordered for catering or mass consumption!

We want as much transparency as possible with our baking adventures, so please take note that our baked goods are homemade from scratch and baked in a home kitchen. Our facilities are well kept and orderly to ensure the freshest treats possible. We're just a group of college kids that love to cook and bake!

Cranberry Granola: Our classic moist muffin mixed with dried cranberries and made with a hint of yogurt, this muffin sports a crunchy granola top that makes the finished product resemble a morning parfait.

Cinnamon Apple: Diced apples mixed into our classic muffin batter loaded with cinnamon, this muffin has a light dusting of cinnamon sugar that lightly flakes as it bakes.

Chocolate Chip: Chewy, plump, and soft, these chocolate chip cookies make a great study treat or order a couple dozen tray for a friend's birthday!

Brownies/Bars:
Double Fudge Brownies (made with real chocolate): the All-American favorite reaches a new level of tastiness, made with semi-sweet and dark chocolate, we pack a punch of antioxidants into these fudgey brownies by using a semi-sweet and dark chocolate blend! $2.00/bar, $10.00/half dozen

Cream Cheese Fudge Brownies: similar to the above brownies, these chocolately squares will make your mouth water with the extra twist of cream cheese filling that is swirled throughout the batter! $1.50/bar, $8.00/half dozen
S'Mores Bars

S'Mores Bars: S'mores bars are ooey-gooey layers of your favorite camping treat. With a chewy layer of graham crackers, followed by a layer of marshmallows, and topped off with a layer of chocolate, you cannot go wrong with this midnight snack. $1.50/bar, $8/half dozen

Snickerdoodle Bars: No one can resist the cinnamon sugar combination of a chewy snickerdoodle cook, so why should that differ with Snickerdoodle Bars? Soft and scrumptious, these bars offer nomsters a chewier version of their cookie counterpart. $1.50/bar, $8/half dozen

Cakes: whether you're celebrating a birthday or just want some moist cake to have around, Nightly Noms' cakes are exactly what you want. Each baked with the most basic ingredients, then accented with delicious fresh additions (fruit, berries, nuts,).

Mom's Classic Cheesecake: this cheesecake is about as good as it gets, from my mother's recipe, comes one of the most creamy, delicious cheesecakes you'll taste. With the perfect combination of cream cheese filling, graham cracker crust, and a light sour cream topping, this is ideal for dinner parties, birthdays, or a really tasty treat.

Apple Crisp: this recipe for apple crisp is a combination of my mother's and grandmother's recipes that started with The New York Times Cookbook. Of course, things have been added, taken out, and transformed over the years, leaving me with a warm mix of fresh apples, cinnamon, and a crispy, crumbling sugar and walnut topping that's sure to make you say "mmm." And with a small scoop of vanilla icing on top, you really cannot go wrong.

Flourless Chocolate Cake: a moist two layer chocolate cake frosted with chocolate frosting and garnished with fresh strawberries.

Mellow Yellow: moist cinnamon yellow cake layered with a simple vanilla buttercream icing

Snow White: a fluffy white 2-layer cake with apple garnish and dark chocolate buttercream frosting

*all cakes can be made as 9" layer cakes (two layers)
**frosting may be substituted upon request

Randoms!

Cake Poppers: Baked cake crumbled up and mixed with icing until it reaches cookie dough consistency, rolled into two-bite pieces that are dipped into semi-sweet chocolate and chilled. The sinful treat of a piece of cake all rolled up into a poppable treat!
